The tangerine is the sweetest of all the citrus fruits grown here, it is small, with a beautiful orange colour, thin rind, and amazing aroma. Our tangerines gown here at the farm are perfect for making a deliciously natural marmalade, loved by both the old and young alike. It brings back childhood memories of our favourite chocolate cake made with the tangerine marmalade that our mum used to make.
