Description
Ciro Picariella is a small winery founded in 2004 by Ciro Picariello, predominantly only with family members, working around 7 hectares of land, dedicating themselves strictly to the Fiano di Avellino vines. Producing a small number of bottles, with an excellent final product. The Fiano di Avellino by Ciro Picariella has for years now be on the list of the best wines and has won over even the most discerning palates.
A wine with an amazing colour and bouquet with typically flint mineral notes. A dry wine, yet interestingly refreshing making this a very versatile choice. Some of the most interesting pairings is that of pizza, oysters and shellfish.
Undoubtedly one of our favourites.
