Rocket is a herb that has a delicious bite to the taste and an intense peppery aroma, its widely found in our countryside.
Today we use it frequently when cooking as its slightly bitter taste can balance out flavours easily. And for that very reason we decided to create a condiment made with our extra virgin olive oil infused with Rocket.
