Here in the south of Italy its commonplace to smell the intensely aromatic scent of wild fennel in the air, this plant grows in many of the Mediterranean countries. The taste and aroma of the will fennel seeds pairs perfectly with our extra virgin olive oil. We produce our oil exclusively using Italian olives, picked by hand and cold pressed.
Our fennel oil can be used to enhance a range of pasta dishes, and for both fish and meat, especially pork. Here in the south grandmothers still use it to prepare simple sweet treats such as tarallini, donuts and biscuits.
