Description
On the rugged terrain of the Amalfi Coast, Marisa Cuomo managed to realise a wonderful winery which undoubtably produces some of the best wines in the area. One of our favourites is the Costa D’Amalfi Bianco, which is produced using a blend of the Falanghina and Biancolella grapes. Highly aromatic, with notes of yellow fruits such as peach, citrus fruits, herbs and almond. Upon tasting you’ll find a delightfully fresh wine. The grapes for this wine are grown on south facing terraces, at 300 mts above sea level. The fermentation takes place in steel containers for a full 6 months. You cannot go wrong pairing this wine with a fish-based antipasto, seafood pasta or grilled fish. This is also light enough to enjoy on its own without food.
