INGREDIENTS
- 300 g of beans
- 100 g of mixed pasta
- 1 clove of garlic clove
- 1 stem of celery
- 1 hot hot chilli pepper
- 4 red tomatoes, red tomatoes
- 40 g of sliced bacon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil from Frantoio Gargiulo
- basil
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
PREPARATION
Soak the beans overnight. Clean the celery, peel a clove of garlic and chop everything finely and add the diced tomatoes. Fry the bacon in gargiulo pepper oil. Once cooked, pour the beans, tomatoes and garlic and bacon into a large saucepan, add broth. Add the pasta in the pot of beans and cook it al dente. A few minutes before turning off, season to taste with salt. Serve, sprinkling with one trickle of oil and sprinkling with grated Parmesan cheese, basil and one ground pepper.
