INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g of beans
  • 100 g of mixed pasta
  • 1 clove of garlic clove
  • 1 stem of celery
  • 1 hot hot chilli pepper
  • 4 red tomatoes, red tomatoes
  • 40 g of sliced bacon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil from Frantoio Gargiulo
  • basil
  • 40 g grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION

Soak the beans overnight. Clean the celery, peel a clove of garlic and chop everything finely and add the diced tomatoes. Fry the bacon in gargiulo pepper oil. Once cooked, pour the beans, tomatoes and garlic and bacon into a large saucepan, add broth. Add the pasta in the pot of beans and cook it al dente. A few minutes before turning off, season to taste with salt. Serve, sprinkling with one trickle of oil and sprinkling with grated Parmesan cheese, basil and one ground pepper.
