  • 300 g linguine
  • 150 g of smoked swordfish
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 shallot a teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 4 cl of Syrrentum Extravirgin olive oil
  • 1 tbls Lemon Olive
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Peel and and cut to match the zucchini and cook the shallots part. Add the zucchini with shallots and let cook for about two minutes. Add salt and pepper.Take half of the swordfish and cut into chunks. Place it in the pan zucchini, and stir to mix well.In a large pot, cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package until al dente and drain. Pour the linguine to the pan and toss with the sauce of swordfish and zucchini.Add the olive oil Gargiulo and wet with just a bit ’of water from the pasta. For the finishing touch, sprinkle the linguine with grated lemon peel and the Gargiulo’s Lemon Oil.Serve and enjoy!
