- Flour type “00” 280 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Lemon of Sorrento
- Sugar 100 g
- 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- Grated lemon zest
Beat eggs and granulated sugar. Also add the grated rind, lemon oil and mix well. Put aside the flour and baking powder and a pinch of salt.Combine the two mixtures in a baking dish that you have previously covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for fifteen minutes Detaching it from the pan once they are cooled and cover with icing sugar.
